Refund and Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@laboart.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How to request a return or refund:

Email us at hello@laboart.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will evaluate your request and respond promptly with either:

Instructions to return the item (if applicable) or

A confirmation that we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.

Once we receive the returned item (if required) or once inspection is complete, we will issue your replacement or refund without undue delay.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

It may take a few business days for the refund to be posted to your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Replacements:

We’ll dispatch the replacement item as soon as your return request is approved (and returned item received where required).

If the item is no longer available, we’ll refund you instead.
Exclusions & important notes:

Please contact us before returning any item. Unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

Once food products are delivered in good condition, we cannot accept returns purely for change of mind due to hygiene and safety concerns.

If you believe your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we’ll advise you on how to return it (if required) and cover any associated reasonable costs.
